- Annual training plan based on your target events and objectives.
- Custom personalised daily training with unlimited adjustments to suit your availability, overall goals, and unforeseen events.
- All training is based on equipment available to you, e.g. heart rate monitor, power meter.
- All training is communicated through TrainingPeaks – the world´s leading software that centralises all training prescription, tracking, and analysis of your training.
- Package includes core & strength workouts with general advice on nutrition and recovery.
FEEDBACK
- Daily analysis and written feedback on completed workouts via Training Peaks and subsequent day’s training structured specific to previous outcomes.
- Weekly video call to review training outcomes, overview, and summary of the week ahead.
